Brothers & Sailors

Crew was founded by brothers and life-long sailors Miles and Alex Pincus.

Second-generation restaurateurs Miles and Alex were raised in and around the celebrated dining venues of New Orleans. As teenagers, their interests centered around spending time on the water, tinkering with boats, and sneaking into bars. Not much has changed since then.

For the last 15 years, they have worked together to introduce people to New York’s waterways, from teaching people to sail and restoring historic ships to creating and operating floating and waterfront restaurants.
