Holywater is the bar we’ve always wanted to go to.

Conceived over years of wild nights – in bars and on boats – Holywater celebrates the indulgences of our birthplace, New Orleans, and our adopted home, New York.

Drinks

We enjoy a good drink (or four), and we serve what we like – variations on classic, forgotten, and high-school-era cocktails; wines you can feel good about, celebratory bubbles, and easy-drinking beers.

Food

The dining menu is concise, and everything on it is what you want. It leans on oysters and fruits de mer, caviar, an exceptional bistro burger, lobster frites, our mom’s famous pralines, and gumbo till it runs dry.
